Life Drawing
On thursday the 13th September I attended my first life drawing class. I was a bit nervous at first as a do not think I am that good at drawing people but after a while I got into it a bit more and began to enjoy it. I think this was especially to do with the techniques we were taught in order to make us better at positioning the figure and the proportions of the figure. These being things such as there being 7 and a half heads in a standing figure, 4 heads within a kneeling person etc. I also found the lines of the neck to connect with the shoulders and armpits useful as well as the triangle between the nipples and belly button and the idea of drawing the negative areas effective too. Here is some of the work I created in my first life drawing class.
